My passion lies in community, connection, wellness, spirituality, and my Christian faith. The Sun + The Soul coffee was born out of a desire to bring people together, one cup at a time. Coffee has always been more than just a drink to me — it’s been a ritual of reflection, growth, and gratitude. Each cup represents a moment to slow down, connect, and nurture both the body and the soul.

Some of my most meaningful moments have happened over a cup of coffee — whether shared in heartfelt conversation with others or in quiet time alone with God. I want to share that same sense of peace and connection through every sip.

As someone who values health and wellness, I love incorporating nourishing, intentional ingredients into my lattes. It’s a small but meaningful way to honor our bodies and infuse mindfulness into our daily routines.

My hope is that The Sun + The Soul coffee becomes more than just a coffee brand — but a space where warmth, faith, and community meet, reminding us that something as simple as a cup of coffee can bring light to our day and connection to our souls.
